Service Overview
Vendor Cost Optimization
Camden Consulting Group provides vendor cost optimization services for organizations with recurring operational expenses. We review existing vendor contracts and invoices to identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve pricing structures, and strengthen commercial terms without disrupting service quality.
Our model is entirely contingency-based. If no savings are identified, there is no fee.
Scope of Review
We review recurring service contracts and related invoices across a wide range of operational categories, including but not limited to:
• Snow removal
• Waste and recycling services
• Landscaping and groundskeeping
• Cleaning and janitorial services
• Pest control
• Facility maintenance
• Other ongoing building or operational services
Clients retain full discretion to accept or decline any recommendation.
How the Review Works
1. Preliminary Review
You provide three to six months of invoices and any current contracts for an initial assessment.
2. Benchmarking and Market Comparison
Pricing is compared against market benchmarks, and competitive vendor quotes are gathered where appropriate.
3. Savings Analysis
You receive a clear written summary outlining potential savings, recommended options, and projected outcomes.
4. Implementation Support
If approved, we assist with vendor coordination, renegotiation, or transition to ensure a smooth implementation.
Most reviews are completed within five to seven business days and require minimal involvement from your team.
Compensation
Our compensation is entirely performance-based.
• No upfront fees
• Fees are calculated as a percentage of verified savings
• If no savings are achieved, no payment is owed
This structure ensures full alignment. We only succeed if you do.
